Redrow Public Inquiry: Part 2
The planning inspector and barristers are back in the village on the 11th December at 10:00am for the conclusion of the public inquiry into Redrow's appeal against the refusal of planning permission for 186 houses off Chester Road.
There is one remaining witness, Mr Gilbert, who is a planning expert employed to represent Redrow's case. He will give his evidence-in-chief before being cross-examined by Flintshire County Council's barrister.
There may be time at the end of the day for public comments.
If you are around the village at all during the day, please pop in - sign the attendance form and be seen, even if you can't stay. It would be fantastic if, at 5:00pm the room is full of concerned residents.
On the 12th the inspector and landscape experts are likely to visit the site. We are not allowed to speak to the inspector during the site visit, it could prejudice our case.
Thank you for your support!
